Australian PM sets forth plan for a New World Order

December 8, 2007 · 10 Comments

“It would seem that men and women need a common motivation, namely a common adversary, to organize and act together in the vacuum such as motivation seemed to have ceased to exist or have yet to be found. The need for enemies seems to be a common historical factor…

Bring the divided nation together to face an outside enemy, either a real one or else one INVENTED for the purpose…

Democracy will be made to seem responsible for the lagging economy, the scarcity and uncertainties. The very concept of democracy could then be brought into question and allow for the seizure of power.

In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. The real enemy [of the elites and their minions] then is humanity itself.”

Rudd draws his New World Order

Sydney Morning Herald | December 8, 2007

The new Prime Minister has signalled big changes, writes Cynthia Banham.

A year ago, Kevin Rudd had his hands full simply trying to make a dent on the Howard government’s domination of Australian politics.

This week, in a few carefully chosen words to the Herald, the new Prime Minister moved decisively to put his – and Australia’s – stamp on global affairs.

National leaders usually take time to grow comfortable in the demanding role of player on the international stage. Australia’s new Prime Minister, a former diplomat, is already into stride.

Rudd’s bid to deal Australia back into global climate-change negotiations turned more than 11 years of the nation’s foreign policy posture under John Howard on its head.

As revealed in the Herald, Rudd has a grand plan for Australia to act as a climate-change broker to bring together the widely divergent developed and developing countries under a new international agreement.

In so doing, Rudd banished to history the Howard administration’s foreign affairs model – with its rejection of multilateralism, and its reliance on bilateralism or ad hoc “coalitions of the willing” outside the framework of the United Nations.

In its place is a fresh embrace of the liberal internationalism favoured by Labor governments; in other words, multilateral dealings centred on the new Government’s ambitious determination to establish Australia as a key player in middle-power diplomacy.

This repositioning of Australia’s role in the global community will have its first test next week at the Bali climate-change talks.

Labor re-embracing multilateralism is not the only change in foreign policy under Rudd. And while the Foreign Affairs Minister Stephen Smith, is a polished and smart performer, he has no foreign policy experience. It will be Rudd pulling the strings.

Allan Gyngell, the executive director of the Lowy Institute for International Policy, says while the broad shape of Australia’s foreign policy includes a strong relationship with the United States, close engagement with Asia, and support for an open trading system, there will be changes.

“I think we’re going to see substantial internal renovations – in other words those broad objectives will remain, but inside the interior decorators will be hard at work,” Gyngell says.

So, for instance, although Rudd places central importance on the US alliance, just as the Howard government did, get ready to see a different interpretation of the relationship with Washington. The friendship Howard developed with the US President, George Bush, after the 2001 terrorist attacks no longer defines the alliance. We will still be close, but expect to see a more independent Canberra.

china\s policy on population control is a valid one and should have been put in place at 300 mil. few people stop and think how many animals are killed each day for food and how many fish are taken from the oceans. we have long passed the point of rational animal depletion on this planet and all people must be tought to reduce the worlds population back to 2 billion or less in the next 50 years. if not the world will self destruct. it is sad that the average person does not have the iq to see or under stand such a huge problem without having a dictator to force in on them. i hate to say this but this may be the only way or we will all wind up eating each other,

You are a fool. The only reason there is “overpopulation” is because of dictators ruling, dominating and destroying people’s economic independence. People who live in freer societies always have fewer children, while those who are enslaved by dictators in the third world tend to have indescriminant numbers of children usually because they want them to help bring in money and take care of the parents when they are old. At least that seems to be the rationale along with the simple fact that people in primitive conditions don’t care much for birth control or planning out their families. They just live to survive a day at a time. So the point is, if China was never a dictatorship in the first place, they would not be in the situation they are in. But it continues to be a dictatorship and yet, your “cure” has done nothing but increase the population despite draconian laws against having children. It is the same with drugs. The more draconian the laws against drugs, the more drugs you see. In Britain, they have the most draconian laws on guns on the planet, but they have the highest guncrime rate in the world. Decades earlier, Brits could own guns and it had one of the lower rates of gun crime, so look at the causes and effects. Then you will see who is behind the problems in the world.

you are the fool because you dont know all the facts and live in denial. any normal person wants to have children to leave his wealth to and carry his name.if it wasnt for wars the world population would now be 100 billion or more. try to feed 100 billion people and all the trillions of cows , chickens, pigs and so on. if every one shared the pie there would be no rich so your argument holds no water.people who are poor have too many children because thats all they can do for pleasure.the world bank run by the rothschilds create dictators so they can lend them billions which they know they will steal most of and when its pay day they foreclose and take all they have.take away all peoples guns and you rule them like hitler did.john howard was ordered to do so by his owners and bush would too if it were not for the nra in us the country would be in total slavery by now, education was allways the answer but that has been controlled for hundreds of years now. if we all were smart who would pick the fruit and cotton not you, not me then who.?? in the end the earth will winas it allways has. the fuse is lit and soon the big blow will solve most of the worlds problems. but the super rich will have our space platforms and big holes in the ground while the rest of us get french fried.,, enjoy its much latter than you think., eugene tano. 75 years on this planet so i know a bit.

Eugene, you are right on a few things, but you are wrong on population control and on scarcity issues. It’s eugenics indoctrination that you apparently got somewhere along the road.

I am right when I say populations would stabilize if people were allowed to progress in truly free societies. Unfortunately, this planet has never really experienced true freedom. It has always been managed by the psychopathic elite. I am also right to say that most of the “shortages” on oil, food, water, etc are artificial scarcity either manipulated or flat out propagandized to scare the sheep into submission.

As far as agriculture goes, we have been trained to accept the idea that it is a matter for the “experts” to handle. Therefore family farms have been shoved aside in favor of big agribiz. We have lost our way in terms of sufficiency and independence to the degree that we are now at the mercy of the giant food cartels and grocery chains and a globalized supply system that can put us on our knees at any time, and it has all been engineered that way. It hasn’t happened by accident. They want a North American Union, so they keep the borders wide open, so that millions of illegals can cross at will. And you are buying that bullshit from Bush that they are doing jobs “that Americans won’t do”. What crap!

You also apparently listen to the propaganda from globalist nutjobs like Ted Turner who says if we don’t cut back to whatever it is a half-billion people, we will soon be eating each other. Again, you should familiarize yourself with the Georgia Guidstones and their source in Rosicrucianism. We live in a world where crises are created and managed in order to manipulate and engineer society. Forget about this fear-mongering and look at who is ruling over us with their terror scarism and global warming hysteria. If you don’t stop it, you are just playing right into their hands and helping them along.

Age does not necessarily make a man wise. You should’ve learned that much by now.

Hi, thanks for the “new world order” heads up story I missed from the smh.

I love the comrade Rudd image you have on this page. Is it your? If so, could i use it as well on my site australiamatters.com? If not, can ya post the original sourse please?

I’m doing a story piecing together the 1924 commie plot to take over the Australian labor party via the trade unions and “socialism” (Fabian style)

let me give you a quick education on how numbers grow. if you start out with 1- one penney and double your money each day for 31 days. you will have 1,073,741,824.00 dollars. and that is starting with 1. think how fast 6.4 billion and how much the number would be if you doubled each day for only 31- days. most people cannot control themselves and we would soon be like ants or minks. thats the way it is in the real world.

    eugene,

since you are so interested in depopulation, why don’t you volunteer to go first? I notice that the depopulationists never volunteer to go first, nor do they seem to think that they should avoid having any children themselves because after all, the eugenicists have the “superior genes”.

Also, are you aware that populations are rapidly falling in the most stable industrial democracies and also in Russia?

No, you are this kind of Malthusian fanatic who has his mind completely wedded to eugenics and mass depopulation (as though it is anyone’s right to control the population up or down). You are the one living in a fantasy world eugene. It is a sick and arrogant fantasy world eugene. That is the world of the elite, the New World Order fantasy of herding the sheep for the purpose of total control and depopulation. Only the elite aristocracy and their minions like Prof Pianka (who wants to use ebola like a pesticide on people) believe and practice accordingly because they are a bunch of arrogant psychopaths. So if you want to be in that crowd, then by all means do so, but make sure that you admit what you are (arrogant, elitist, eugenicist, psychopath) and be proud of it. That’s the spirit.
