Russian Journal: HAARP Could Capsize Planet

Just when you think you’ve heard all the possible far-out theories behind the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Alaska, leave it to the Russians to come up with one better. Forget mind control, the Russians think HAARP is a “geophysical weapon” that’s gonna capsize the planet. HAARP, just by way of a reminder for those who don’t obssessively follow its progress, is a military project that’s supposed to study the ionosphere and “use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.” In more recent years, the Pentagon has also expressed interest in using HAARP to mitigate the effects of high-altitude nuclear explosions. However, HAARP’s use of an antenna array operating in the High Frequency (HF) range has also prompted tons and tons of other theories about its uses, ranging from weather control to altering human behavior.

I’d seen on science show magnetic poles allegedly already in pre shift phase–since degree of magnetism or whatever has already been significantly declining?

I think it is time to update this HAARP theory because there is a lot of catastrophic events taking place that could be linked to HAARP.
Some say it has caused earthquakes in Asia and including the recent big hit in China which has been bombarded with huge earthquakes in the recent months. Also the earthquake that sparked the tsunami in Indonesia. Could possibly be causing the flooding that is going on in India and also the catastrophe that happened in Burma. Now most recently this huge hurricane that is brewing in the Gulf coast. To be honest I think this next hurricane will be the strongest one in human history. Which I think could be because of external cases if that is the case.
This global warming is just an excuse so that weather can be manipulated and controlled at higher forces than history shows.
If these elites are looking to control population and kill people in masses then a natural disaster is the perfect scenario.

I know that the UN published a report that they would need to use a series of shocks and disaster scenarios to get the public to submit to global government. The Pentagon admits the existence tectonic and weather weapons. The Russians have admitted too. So there is no doubt they are being used for decades. I had an email conversation with a former CIA agent back in 2000 who told me she was a spy/courier working for the Rockefeller family and one of her jobs was transporting HAARP technology all over the world. This was back in the early 1960s mind you. So it doesn’t just exist in Alaska. It is set up at strategic points worldwide. And it is not just so scientists and play around “experimenting” with the ionosphere. hehe.
