Most of these children have a knife in their pockets and will use it if you try to stop them: they know they cannot be charged under 12 and thus have nothing to lose. I live in Eastern Europe where this is well known by the populations but apparently the Western European authorities don`t dare to warn their populations about what is probably going to become a tsunami of child criminality within two or three years.
