I guess he got carried away, got too sloppy so they had to put him away to avoid further embarrassment. I believe it was a similar situation at the Jersey home. While the elites enjoyed the children in remote locations, the staff were allowed to have their own pleasure with certain kids and they snuffed them out right there in the dungeon.
