How did you stop? Did you find that are other ways to make you feel like you exist besides cutting?

i can honestly say that i have been there i used to cut myself but i got caught. so i had to stop or i would have gotten in a lot of trouble. i stopped on my own. i can tell you that i miss it because it was a way of making me feel real like i existed. you know.

Best thing to do is talk it out with someone in your family, ideally a parent, or a grandparent, aunt or uncle if you feel you can’t share with your parents. The idea is that you don’t keep it entirely to yourself, but trust in someone close who cares about you.
