But since China is the Model State for the UN, it is only a matter of time before it becomes routine in America. In fact, mass sterilization of "undesirables" and "useless eaters" has already been done in America, though not on the same scale as China. See the movies Code 46 or THX 1138 and read Brave New World. They plan to make having babies the old fashioned way a thing of the past. You will first have to obtain a permit to have a child as they do in China. Then, as time goes on, they will sterilize most of the women and just engineer babies in artificial wombs, manufacturing them to serve the State.
