What To Expect When Martial Law Is Declared

Coming Soon To A Neighborhood Near You After The World-Wide Economic Collapse

Nolan Chart | Oct 12, 2008

by Timothy K. Perry

After the coming economic financial collapse, a state of world-wide martial law will be declared. Considering the current events which are in direct alignment with documented plans for totalitarian one-world government, (white paper plans published by the Tri-Lateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, and Club of Rome), martial law will be imposed without official dissent upon the various countries of the world. Martial law is military rule imposed upon civilian populations in a time of war or during a (sic) “State of Emergency”. The following elements can be expected to occur once the t.v. news anchors tell people not to panic, but that a State of Emergency has been declared due to the crash, and a (sic) temporary state of martial law has been declared, which will be rescinded once the State of Emergency has passed.

What the news people won’t tell you is that given the history of martial law, the suspension of such a draconian state is far more difficult to achieve than its original imposition.

Esteemed reader, ask yourself the question, why dictator or group of dictators ever voluntarily relinquished their dictatorial powers? I’m searching really hard through the history files of the world to find out the handful of amazing people who did so. So far, all I can find is George Washington who declined being elected “King”.

Whenever the “Powers That Be” decide to impose martial law, the following items can be expected:

1. CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE ENDED-Under martial law, the U.S. Constitution is suspended and the citizens immediately lose all the protections, safeguards, and human rights guaranteed by that document. The citizens also lose every rights and privileges granted under The Bill of Rights. The constitutions of other countries will likewise be suspended with similar conditions imposed upon the citizens of those other countries.

2. CURFEW ENFORCEMENT-Anyone caught outside after curfew can be shot dead. There are no exceptions for personal emergencies unless of course, these people have some sort of official written permission or are in possession of other material which gives them a “Get Out Of Jail Free” card.

3. WRIT OF HABEUS CORPUS SUSPENDED-This means that soldiers can bust into your house, or arrest you on the street without warrants, and can throw you into prison without explanation or access to legal counsel. They can hold you there for months, even years, since there are no time limits imposed on how long you can be imprisoned.

4. PERSONAL FIREARMS WILL BE SEIZED-Armed forces can invade your home and force you to surrender any weapons you have, regardless of your constitutional right or need to bear arms for your self-defense. If you refuse, you could be shot dead in your living room, and all your possessions seized. If you’re lucky, you might just get Tasered, or butt-ended with an AK-47, to eventually wake up in a Federal Emergency Management Agency (F.E.M.A.) Detention Center with a Prison Identification Number which you will go by as a “name” instead of your old name, the one on your birth certificate.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY CAN BE SEIZED-This means that under the excuse of “requisitioning”, soldiers can kick you out of your home, and seize both your home, all the contents inside that home, as well as any vehicles, or other items you have on your grounds. They also can claim the actual real estate of the acreage as well. If you refuse or resist in some way well….I guess you can fill in the blanks or use your imagination.

The following list of Executive Orders have already been signed by past U.S. presidents are in effect immediately upon declaration of a national State of Emergency or Martial Law:

Executive Order 10995: All communications media will be taken over by federal authority: radio, television, websites, newspapers, even CB and Ham radio systems. Freedom of expression, otherwise known as the First Amendment will be canceled until further notice.

Executive Order 10997: All fossil fuels, related substances as well as all electrical power, both corporate as well as privately owned devices and generators will be seized by the federal government.

Executive Order 10998: All food, means to produce such food and related products and machinery, warehouses and collectives which obviously include corporate and private farms will be seized by the government. You will not be allowed to hoard food since this is regulated. If you are caught hoarding food, you could be shot dead, or perhaps you will be lucky enough to be Tasered, knocked to the ground, sent to a FEMA camp and be immediately classified as a “domestic terrorist”, otherwise known as an “Enemy of the State”.

Executive Order 10999: All modes of transportation will be placed under complete government control. Any vehicle can be seized.

Executive Order 11000: All civilians will be drafted into forced labor which the t.v. anchors will euphemistically call “volunteer labor” at a variety of designated work places or camps under federal supervision. Go watch old film reels of the slave labor images under Nazi prison camps, or if you prefer, go watch a copy of Cool Hand Luke with Paul Newman, to get a more modern updated “American flavor” of what it’s like to be part of a slave labor chain gang. Of course, you must always remember, that if you go against the Boss, you will be accused of “A Failure To Communicate.”

Executive Order 11490: Absolute dictatorial “presidential” control will be exercised over all US citizens, business as well as church institutions during a State of Emergency where martial law is declared necessary.

Executive Order 12919: At the direction of the president, this Executive Order allows various Cabinet officials to take over all aspects of the US economy during a State of National Emergency.

Executive Order 13010: This Executive Order allows FEMA to take control over all other government agencies.

Executive Order 12656: “ASSIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY

PREPAREDNESS RESPONSIBILITIES -This order allows for the declaration of a State of Emergency during natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergencies that seriously threaten the national security of the United States. This order allows for total, unquestioned federal takeover of every local police enforcement agencies, as well as local price fixing and wages. It also forbids reassignment of personal financial assets within or outside of the United States.

All in all, it makes me wish I was born several hundred years in the future, because by then, we will be genetically designed to obey without question, with no personal will or identity of our own. So in that case, we won’t know what we’ve lost, because all the history books, or shall I say history “discs” will have been rewritten.

Hopefully, this game plan will be abandoned, and the planned scenario will never happen to us, even though plans have been written for just such a scenario. Hopefully, the decision will be made to abandon this plan and revitalize the world economy without dramatic incident so such draconian methods are not necessary to unite all countries under the one world globalist banner. I don’t think anyone is going to resist the transition to a one world police state anyway. Most people just want to be able to pay their bills and get by, and enjoy what little free time they have, no matter what group is ruling. After all, this transition is already being achieved as we speak.

Glenn Beck Highlights Threat Of Martial Law Following Economic Crisis

British NGO Forecasts Five Brave New World Scenarios Set In 2030

The propagandists are working overtime to fear the public into submitting to their global warming threats.

noonehastodietomorrow.com | Oct 13, 2008

By Amy de Miceli

The main stream media is reporting on what the world will be like in 22 years based on a fictitious account, made up by a non-governmental organization know as, Forum For the Future. A self proclaimed, “charity committed to sustainable development” working on behalf of big business. The 76 page report titled Climate Futures A Response To Climate Change in 2030, was created in collaboration with Hewlett Packard Labs.

They outline five possible scenarios of what type of brave new world hell we could be living in by the year 2030; efficiency first, service transformation, redefining progress, environmental war economy and protectionist world. Each one has its own timeline, a make believe “history” with wide array of things that may occur between 2009 and 2030 if we don’t start making globalwarmingour number one priority, they include:

Artificially-grown flesh, to feed hundreds of millions, cars run on batteries, microwave weapons deterring hurricanes, a supercomputer named ALF-8; making predictions, a global recession and global taxes, and “bionic games” in California. The middle class is destroyed all over the world, water shortages, food shortages, starvation, the rise of India and China, the fall of America, Russia freezing out Europe, and virtual Olympics. A suicide epidemic in the US because of an economic depression, 2020- the first year of no winter in the northern hemisphere, famine in south east Asia, 400 dollar a barrel oil, heat wave in Europe kills 200 000 and denying climate change is a thought crime and conviction gets you deported to an international convict settlement.

A very Brave New World indeed.

The press describes Climate Futures as “sketches of …social consequences from today’s global warming crisis” that are based on “studies and consultations with…climate-change specialists.” A stretch from the description found on page 29, where the NGO describes it’s own scenarios as “stories, fictions…to provide a tool for the future” (emphasis added). In an attempt to misrepresent the story, the press rattles off a few intimidating quotes, and label them as part of the “study” :

“NATO is ready to go to war if necessary to enforce the 2020 Beijing Climate Change Agreement, and water shortages have already forced the abandonment of Central Australia and Oklahoma,”

“Booming mega-cities are only just managing to cope and fuel poverty is a huge problem.”

“After a decade-long global depression following the 2008 crash, governments keep a tight regulatory hand on the economy and encourage citizens to put greater priority on quality of life than making money.”

“Civil liberties have been stripped away. You need a licence to have children in some countries, and if you go over your household energy quota the carbon monitor will turn off your appliances,” this scenario suggests.

“Cyber-terrorists operating from safe havens in failed states have already bankrupted two multinationals. Action to mitigate climate change is all but abandoned.”

The Climate Futures report is a factually bankrupt fairytale that the main stream media is posing to readers as some kind of legitimate analysis. This is nothing more than another load of propaganda to serve the global elite, and their ultimate goal of depopulation. They want us to walk into our slavery willingly, and be culled with little resistance. We can no longer allow these NGO’s and think tanks shape our future, with their man made global warming bullshit, do not go willingly, seek the truth, strip them of their lies.

Saudi Arabia to build world’s tallest building

A Saudi prince plans to build the world’s tallest building at around 1,000 metres.

Telegraph | Oct 13, 2008

Al-Waleed bin Talal says the tower will be more than a kilometre high and will cost approximately $40bn to be built.

The tower will be built in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah.

The world’s tallest man-made structure is currently the Burj Dubai skyscraper in Dubai which is still under construction but already stands at more than 680 metres in height.

However, it is not yet known exactly how high the tower in Jeddah will be as Mr Al-Waleed is remaining tight-lipped about the details.

“I don’t want to say [the exact height] right now,” said the prince. To do so would give other developers a specific height to surpass, he explained, hinting at the race taking place in the Middle East to build the world’s tallest building.

The building will, however, be more than a kilometre high and is part of a larger multibillion project to develop Jeddah.

The project, called Kingdom City, will span 23 million square metres and will include luxury homes, hotels and offices.

Prince Al-Waleed’s business, Kingdom Holding Company, is in charge of the project.

Forbes estimates his personal fortune to be $21bn, making him the 19th richest man in the world.

Senior police officer admits deleting notes of Commissioner Cressida Dick’s order clearing Jean Charles de Menezes

Jean Charles de Menezes inquest: a police officer has admitted tampering with evidence

Jean Charles de Menezes inquest: officer admits changing evidence
By Caroline Gammell

The surveillance officer deleted parts of his computerised notes which suggested Deputy Assistant Commissioner Cressida Dick said the Brazilian electrician should be allowed to get on a Tube train at Stockwell station because he was “not carrying anything”.

Miss Dick had previously said she believed Mr de Menezes posed a “great threat”. The surveillance officer, known only as Owen, said he deleted parts of his computerised notes on Oct 7 – two weeks into the inquest – because he believed they gave a “totally false impression”.

His disclosure at the inquest prompted the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) to launch an investigation. Jacqui Smith, the Home Secretary, described the admission as a “very serious matter”.

Mr de Menezes was shot dead by firearms officers on July 22, 2005, after police mistakenly believed he was failed suicide bomber Hussain Osman, who had tried to blow up a London Underground train the day before.

Owen, a Special Branch officer, deleted a line in his notes which purported to quote Miss Dick.

The inquest was told the deleted line read: “CD – can run on to Tube as not carrying anything. Persuaded by U/I [unidentified] male amongst management.”

Owen told the inquest that he mentioned the changes he made to a Metropolitan Police solicitor the day after he submitted his evidence, on Oct 8. When asked if he was aware that what he had done was very serious, he said: “I have removed a line I believed was wrong and gave a totally false impression.”

He told the inquest he had deleted more than he had intended because he was rushing to an appointment.

When asked if management had asked him to make the amendment to his notes, Owen replied: ”No. I am sure of that sir.”

The inquest continues.

Europe stuns with €1.5 trillion bank rescue, as France plays role of saviour

French President Nicolas Sarkozy as saviour

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Holland and Austria have joined forces to launch the greatest bank bail-out in history, offering over €1.5 trillion in guarantees and fresh capital in a “shock and awe” blitz to halt the credit panic.

Telegraph | Oct 13, 2008

By Ambrose Evans-Pritchard

The move – unveiled simultaneously in the six states to maximise the show of unity – throws the full weight of the eurozone behind global efforts to stem the crisis.

The move gave a tremendous boost to bourses across Europe, lifting the Euro Stoxx index by 9.53pc in the biggest one-day rally ever.

The pan-European plan – totalling over $2 trillion, or £1.17 trillion – completes the third leg of a dramatic restructuring of finance across the Western world. Sovereign states have now absorbed the brunt of the credit risk in half the global economy.

“The greatest risk is inertia,” said French President Nicolas Sarkozy, now basking in glory as the man who refused to give up after the first emergency summit of EU leaders ended in discord.

“The French state will not let a single bank fail. We have to unblock the interbank market because money has stopped circulating, but it is a reasonable bet that by offering this guarantee, it won’t actually be needed,” he said, unveiling a French package worth €320bn in guarantees for fresh interbank loans and a €40bn bank rescue fund.

Sarkozy has emerged as the statesman of the hour, shaping events as others dithered. He appears to have understood intuitively that credit paralysis would set off a dangerous downward spiral.

Germany’s rescue package totals €500bn, far bigger in per capita terms than America’s scheme. The bulk is to guarantee interbank lending, while €100bn is for a stabilisation fund to recapitalise banks and cover losses – with strict pay limits for executives.

“We have placed the first foundation stone of a new financial order,” said chancellor Angela Merkel, underlining that nothing would ever be the same again in banking.

She also warned that the US government’s “massive support” for the Detroit car industry would create a major headache for Germany’s producers, who are already struggling. BMW said yesterday that it would idle plants in Leipzig, Regensburg and Munich as demand fell.

Italy’s finance minister Giulio Tremonti said Rome would provide as much money “as necessary” to stabilise credit markets. Italy’s plan includes the injection of up to €40bn in fresh capital into the banks on a “case by case” basis, through preference shares.

The Netherlands is offering a €200bn guarantee; Austria is putting up €100bn, as is Spain – as a “preventive measure”. Debts issued before the end of next year will be guaranteed for five years under all the national plans.

Diplomats say the world owes a great deal to France’s finance minister, Christine Lagarde. A former chair of the US law firm Baker McKenzie and a friend of US Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, she has been a bridge between the EU and Washington, helping to end the transatlantic sniping that has damaged market confidence over the past year. The close co-operation is in stark contrast to the catastrophic rift in October 1931, when France set off a wave of US bank defaults by pulling its gold out of New York.

The Sarkozy accord was not enough to shield Société Générale yesterday, as reports circulated that it might be the first to tap into the French bank rescue fund, perhaps needing as much as €10bn. The share price collapsed 17pc at one point on fears of losses in its structured credit unit. Investors are concerned that it may suffer from exposure to Eastern Europe, where it has played a role in providing foreign currency mortgages. The shares ended down 2pc in Paris.

This week’s dramatic action by the eurozone states has gone a long way to reassure investors that EMU can weather a severe crisis, even though it lacks an EU treasury or fully fledged lender-of-last resort. The EU Stability Pact rules on budget deficits have been shunted aside by invoking the “special circumstances” clause of the Maastricht treaty, opening the way for fiscal stimulus. The Dutch-Belgian rescue of Fortis and the French-Belgian rescue of Dexia were not without friction, but at the end of the day the system was able to come up with creative solutions.

IMF chair Dominique Strauss-Kahn said the monetary union had faced its “ordeal by fire” this week. With French leadership, it survived.

Macabre visions of death, debauchery and degeneration greet train travelers to London

Macabre: The frieze depicts a skeleton driving a tube train as a drunken tramp clutching a bottle looks on

Welcome to Britain? The shocking frieze which will greet visitors to London’s Eurostar terminal

Daily Mail | Oct 11, 2008

By Beth Hale

From next summer, travellers stepping off the train at St Pancras International will be greeted with an artwork that sums up modern Britain.

But it might not be the Britain we’d like them to see.

A copulating couple. A vagabond carrying a bottle. And a hoodie expressing himself with his middle finger.

All these are ‘concept’ designs for the bronze frieze which is to be installed in the station.

The frieze will sit around the base of the towering Meeting Place statue of an embracing couple, which was unveiled last year.

Designs in clay by the sculptor, Paul Day, were unveiled on Friday at the station.

London and Continental Railways, which commissioned the piece  –  thought to have cost half a million pounds  –  admits that the images will be ‘bold and edgy’.

However, a spokesman for the company said the image of a man ‘giving the finger’ was an early concept and would not be in the final work.

The frieze will wrap right around the plinth at the base of the existing statue and will depict different journeys on a railway theme.

The images of contemporary life will be punctuated by historical flashbacks, some that echo the station’s past and others that reflect how railways have defined modern society.

Last night Tory MP Andrew Rosindell said he thought some aspects of modern life should not appear in such a high-profile piece of public art.

He voiced particular concern about one image, a skeleton at the wheel of a train, given the number of tragedies on the Underground.

He said: ‘I think public art should be in good taste. Some of these images seem to be in poor taste and likely to cause offence.

‘I think the skeleton is in particularly poor taste considering the number of people who perished in the King’s Cross fire.’

Day, who also created the main Meeting Place statue, said the frieze was intended to be in contrast to the ‘ideal’ imagery of the main sculpture.

He added: ‘The statue represents an ideal and is physically out of reach, just as the ideal is unobtainable.

‘The frieze, on the other hand, is intimate, touchable and on a human scale.

‘It represents the richness and diversity of our lives.’

He said the image of the hoodie was simply an example of his work on show for the art event and not intended to be part of the frieze.

He said the art work was ultimately upbeat and he did not think it would be a negative welcome to those arriving in Britain from abroad.

Art critic David Lee, who criticised the quality of the main sculpture, said he admired the frieze.

‘It seemed to me a satirical take on what London is. It is brave of him to do something that is not just blandly and popularly descriptive. There’s a whole raft of emotions.’

The Meeting Place stands directly beneath the station clock at the southern end of the Eurostar terminus, under the imposing iron archways constructed by engineer William Barlow in 1868.

It represents the meeting of a chic French woman reunited with her English lover and aims to symbolise the meeting of two cultures.

Day, 41, fought off stiff competition for the commission which called for a work as memorable as the Statue of Liberty and a meeting place for the station’s 50million passengers a year.
