Satanism on the rise: Pope Benedict has unveiled plans to set up specialist exorcism squads

The Pope has ordered his bishops to set up exorcism squads to tackle the rise of Satanism.
Vatican chiefs are concerned at what they see as an increased interest in the occult.
They have introduced courses for priests to combat what they call the most extreme form of “Godlessness.”
Each bishop is to be told to have in his diocese a number of priests trained to fight demonic possession.
The initiative was revealed by 82-year-old Father Gabriele Amorth, the Vatican “exorcistinchief,” to the online Catholic news service Petrus.
“Thanks be to God, we have a Pope who has decided to fight the Devil head-on,” he said.
“Too many bishops are not taking this seriously and are not delegating their priests in the fight against the Devil. You have to hunt high and low for a properly trained exorcist.
“Thankfully, Benedict XVI believes in the existence and danger of evil – going back to the time he was in charge of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.” The CDF is the oldest Vatican department and was headed by Benedict from 1982, when he was Cardinal Ratzinger, until he became Pope in 2005.
Father Amorth said that during his time at the department Benedict had not lost the chance to warn humanity of the risk from the Devil.
He said the Pope wants to restore a prayer seen as protection against evil that was traditionally recited at the end of Catholic Masses. The prayer, to St Michael the Archangel, was dropped in the 1960s by Pope John XXIII.
“The prayer is useful not only for priests but also for lay people in helping to fight demons,” he said.
Father Paolo Scarafoni, who lectures on the Vatican’s exorcism course, said interest in Satanism and the occult has grown as people lost faith with the church.
He added: “People suffer and think that turning to the Devil can help solve their problems. We are being bombarded by requests for exorcisms.”
The Vatican is particularly concerned that young people are being exposed to the influence of Satanic sects through rock music and the Internet.
In theory, under the Catholic Church’s Canon Law 1172, all priests can perform exorcisms. But in reality only a select few are assigned the task.
Under the law, practitioners must have “piety, knowledge, prudence, and integrity of life.”
The rite of exorcism involves a series of gestures and prayers to invoke the power of God and stop the “demon” influencing its victim.

The last time i wrote i talked about the pope as been the succeser of St Peter and that all Bishops Who are not Catholic or Orthodox are not True Bishops base on the fact they do not have any apostolic succession. The Protestant religion is only 500 years old that is all the churches that do not see the pope as been the the Vicar of Christ that would exclude the Orthodox churches. The bible which many of these church accept as the word of God was not here untill the church collected these books and but them together. The church by the inspiration of the Holy Sprit decided which ones of the books were True from which ones were not. That is to say that there were many books that were there that was not original that were fakes not original !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!some of these books were lost and or lost forever lost base on the fact that the church did not reconized them as been true. The question i would like to ask these Protestants is why should i belive their doctrine over the Catholic church’s and the Orthodox churches which have been here for about 2000 years give and take some years. It was about fourty may be sixty years after Christ rise from the dead and when back to heaven that we have the Bible been but together. These Protestant churches make it seem as if the bible was this per-prepared book that was here for the church to use. The church was here before the Bible. There was oral Tradition which is the the word of mouth method from generation to generation about who Jesus Christ was before it was Writen. I do not see the Bible as the only rule of faith that is why i became Catholic. There has always been oral tradition in many culture and the church is not any way diffrent from any orther. The protestant do not see mary as been important the fact of the matter she is. She is the mother of the Son of God she is full of grace and is an example to us as christians how we should live and be obedient to God’s word wether by the Bible or devine revelation from God. The next thing is that i can not prove by history or any writing that there were any of the these protestant church’s around at that time but history proves that the Catholic and Orthodox Churches were around at that time. Drawings in the catacombs those were tombs under ground that the early christians had to worship in because of persicution from the Roman empire and in them there are drawing Of the Blessed mother and the infant Child Jesus that have been dated back to almost 2000 years that should tell any well thinkig protestant that they need to check their doctrine.

To start things off, I agree about 100% with Herman Schnerfenburg. However, something not really mentioned so much (mostly because very few people have knowledge on the subject) is the Church of Satan itself. Perhaps if people actually took the time to research into it a little they would be more understanding and accepting of it all (not that the hardcore christians will every be accepting of anyone outside of their own religion).

i see where pjwalker911 has post all the bad popes the church has had but i must say in every system there will be bad people bad leaders and i must say that is why the church made it a law that all latin righ priest in latin right churches do not marry. if you look at the history the popes and bishop and and priset where married. the reason for pointing this out is that may of these bad popes had children they were married and they gave the post of bishop of rome and leader of the church to their sons and this started the problem the church became a family inheritance. to what i understand from my reasearch the people began to ask for the priest to stay unmarried and give their life for the church. There is nothing logical about believing something that flies in the face of logic, and it is even more irrational to believe that this Way, is the ONLY way. That would mean that everyone – billions of people throughout history – who were either raised in or chose to believe in another religion, or no religion, no matter how moral and good they were, both before and after the supposed life of Jesus, have gone, or are going to Hell for eternal punishment.
No, you don’t need to be a Biblical scholar to realize there is something fishy with such a fear-inducing religion. Everything about it suggests that it is merely a social control mechanism like the other religions instituted by the elite.
Christians especially welcome the “signs” of the New World Order as heralding the return, after 2000+ years, of their Savior which means they see all of this evil as inevitable and therefore believe it can’t be stopped, nor that it should be stopped – except by Jesus upon his return. We can do everything we can to try and put the best leaders in our government, and we can do our part as citizens, but unless we get someone in there who believes any of this, I don’t see it happening.

I have always been a skeptic and a truth-seeker since I was in the military because I was able to see how much BS and lies were being pushed. I also knew something was terribly wrong with this picture since I was in my teens. I immediately started looking into religion and the occult when I got out of the military in hopes of discovering something truthful. Over the past quarter century I have realized how much religion has been used to control humanity by elite priesthoods.
The NWO is the OWO, just the old order in new packaging, and advancing an ancient agenda. Each of us is born into a Matrix system. I call it the Masonic Matrix because the Freemasons (and related Orders) lead it today as they are the custodians of the ancient mystery schools which spawned the original Matrix. Like fish in water, we don’t know what air is. We only know the Matrix. As with everything else, politics and religion are part of this Matrix. Christianity serves a Matrix function in the West primarily, since the rest of the world believes in various other religions or in political ideologies like communism. Christianity is OF the Matrix. If you can’t get your head around that, then good luck to you.
How can this all-encompassing Matrix be stopped? It is very simple really. People wake up and realize they are under attack by the elite, across every category of existence. Realize also they have been under attack for thousands of years by basically the same groups. People realize they have been corrupted by it and conned. People secede from the Matrix. Start by refusing to accept all the manifestations of the NWO like microchips and biometrics. Realize the TV is out to get you and your family. Same with public schools, doctors, and all the rest. Of course, if people woke up, they wouldn’t be doctors in the same way they are, or teachers in the same way they are, etc. They would realize that they have been used to promote the NWO agenda and move into a new way of thinking and working. People making widgets for the NWO (eye-scanners, UAVs, robots, surveillance cameras, smart-bombs, etc) would quit their jobs and find something better like building homes or farming to do. But now, you see the Homeland Security business is booming and fueled by the elite’s MI complex. So all those people who are working in it have to quit their jobs and get new ones or start different businesses of their own. We also have to secede as cities, counties and states from the federal government which is really no different than the EU. Yes, the NWO was here already during the Masonic founding of the USA. Learn the real history. Don’t waste your time in national politics because it is a totally rigged game. Secession is the only path to political freedom.
I have read the Bible extensively, but can’t say I ever sat down and read it cover to cover because it bores me to death. But I still read it a couple times a week and more I read it the more I see how corrupting and controlling it is. The God of the Old Testament orders people to commit mass murder of men, women and children. The God of the New Testament says he came to bring a sword, to set family members against each other, told us to hate our parents, to forget everything and follow him, and for the really special disciples, he recommended castration. He tells us to “give unto Caesar” which is like saying “Give unto Queen Elizabeth”. Paul expands on this theme telling us to accept the rulers of the day as ordained by God and that he who goes against the government goes against God. Look it up. I hope I don’t need to show you the verses.
The Bible tells you to be as sheep under the care of the Good Shepherd. It tells you to be obedient sheep. And all you are obeying is the Illuminati, because they created this system to control you. Now you can either hate someone like me for saying this, or you can learn to think for yourself. And I hope I don’t need to remind you that independent thought is the thing the elite want most to destroy, because ideas are bullet-proof and a free mind cannot be tolerated. Therefore, Christianity, like other religions, is self-policing, meaning that through peer pressure, people are made to conform to it. Of course, this is changing because a new one-world religion is being set up to replace the old one. The elite are literally religious engineers when you get right down to it and have been so for thousands of years.
The Bible makes people into blind fanatics who will rationalize the most bizarre of behaviors as something holy. The Bible has astrological references which are hidden from the blind fanatics. The Christ figure is an amalgamation of numerous other Sun gods of the ancient world. They are the same deity, but Christian believers are deceived into thinking that among all these mythological beings, only one of them is certainly real. They say this with absolutely no basis, but it is in the interest of the elite priesthoods to maintain this fiction so that anyone who exposes it is viciously attacked. I know from experience.
I am not singling out Christianity. I have plenty to say against the other religions and against the New Age as well. Nothing ignites more irrational passions, makes people more insane, fanatical and violent than religion. That goes for clashes between religious sects as well as between different religions.
The Christian religion is here to help shepherd in the NWO by making it all seem like the inevitable plan of God and His creation, the Devil. God created the Devil because he created and supposedly foresaw the entire mess (including the misuse of free will itself!), but the thing is the God of the Bible was created by Man in his own image, not the other way around as we are told. The God of the Bible is all too human and he is there to scare you and control you. Between the Devil and God, Christians are kept in line, expecting and longing for the fruition of the NWO because that is the “sign” of Jesus Return. Who said there was a Big Bang? This is just propaganda from the authorized astronomers. Anyone can just look up, out over the vastness of space, this grand universe, and see that it is infinite and eternal. There was no beginning and there will never be any end to it. It will just keep on going regardless of what it says in the popular religious and scientific texts of this little planet which is a mere speck of dust, or a tiny atomic particle compared to the limitless expanse of space. Saying there is a beginning and and end, in either time or in space, is like saying the world is flat. Of course, the elite knew from ancient times that the world was round, but this information was witheld from the general public until it could no longer be kept a secret. While I do not know of the facts you all base your response off of I know of my own journey with God, I know of many unexplainable things which not only have made me a believer but also a witness, while I claim no hail to one faith I place it all in My God, whom whether you believe in these happening in my life I ensure you one day you will know it in your own life. First of all is of my dear auntie, rest her soul, whom was cancer free while her daughter battled with brain tumors from age four to age 8, her mom would pray during her surgeries that the cancer would be taken from my cousin and given to her. Being cancer free just a month before, when Kayla was declared cancer free for the first time in her life he mother went in to get tested, for she knew what she had been asking, within the same month Kayla was cleansed he mom was diagnosed with stage four cancer, and passed only shortly after. My aunt prayed for this exact outcome, and I believe a miracle happened here. Second I tell the tale of a low moment in my life, I spent the evening laying in bed crying and begging God to take away my life, soon enough my entire body was impacted by something, as if I had been running and someone smacked into me from the back and passed through me, I heard a laugh, like a snicker, an unexplainable sound, but it sent chills down my spine, I then sat up and began begging God to forgive me and begging him to let me live, as if out of The Bible bugs swormed around me, as bizarre as it sounds, my room being very clean and no windows open, the bugs swormed out from nowhere, I cried and begged and cried and begged clenching my eyes closed, I smelt a sweet smell, the smell of my beautiful grandmother whom had passed some months earlier, you know how some smells just are irrefutable, I opened my eyes and the bugs were gone, I was safe, I was alive but very much shaken. I know many of you think maybe I hallucinated or am a pschizophrenic or something a long those lines, but I attest that this is an honest account and I have never had anything similar like this happen to me again. Third, I shared this with my mother some years later, she began telling me of her own occurance with beings outside of our perception. She woke one night with a feeling as though she was being strangled , she saw nothing above her but when she went to pry off whatever was grasping her she felt a scaly being, she can’t explain what it was, just that after reciting The Hail Mary over and over she was freed, she flipped on the lights and in hysteria told my dad what had happened, he believed her, but only for the fear in her tone and tears in her eyes.
Here’s a point for ponderance for all the believers of the “Big Bang”. I am a devout Christian. Some say…heck even I say…Bible Thumper….but as for the Big Bang, I think it happened, I think that some super massive thing/bang/boom took place to create the beginning of all things…but my belief is that it didn’t “just” happen, it was the BREATH OF GOD breathing life into all things.

I feel that part of Christ’s true message has been set aside. I believe in the true messgages of the church and feel that arch types and structure will build good, strong willed people today. Christ was not set on this earth to be simply worshiped, he radically (RADICALLY) changed religion that was nolonger focused on a life style. Nobody can argue that Jesus set good standards for living better lifes. The Church uses stories and examples to help guide those who ALREADY understand their lives. Those with immature views and underdeveloped faith and character cannot aprecciate the signifigance that these stories have on mankind in a uiniversal sense. As others have stated, the devil is part of our own self, he takes shape in the negative aspects of our humanity(via adam and eve) but he is more then that also. He manifests in multiple levels. The devil has the ability to move through planes and realms probably through use of the univers’s technology such as atoms and the electrical fields inbetween them. At the same time I believe that christ has the ability to manifest all positive aspects in our universe. He is the balancing force. Now we have the choice to chose life or death and although humans have self destructive tendencies, life finds a way. Good creatures want to live and there for positivity and christianity not only coinside, but are the only choice. knowledge is power and the power of god is ultimate. The knowledge of the power of God is more powerful then any other force.
Satanism is on the rise, but has anyone ever stopped to think what satanism is… it was around well over 10 000 years before christianity, it is about spiritual advancement, bringing humanity to its full potential and letting us think for ourseles, christianity is nothing but a rotting corpse, effervescent in the rank pool of its own making, we are not a moral threat to humanity, we are bringing forth its right to govern itself as it was meant to, the pope can use his prayers, he can send his squads but in the end he is causing the fall of christianity, not us, we do not recruit people… they come to us free thinking, free willed knowing that we offer moral choices with a friendly decent path.

Since there was discussion about the universe and the “big bang” here it’s good the note that the theory was coined by a Belgian Jesuit priest Lemaitre. So it must be real, like the Piltdown Man discovered by another Jesuit de Chardin who, incidentally, is also referred to as the “father of New Age”. I wonder what the next “great discovery” of the Jesuits will be.
Well, the Catholic church has been discussing “little green men” quite a bit in the last few years, so they will likely announce that the aliens are here and we should welcome them as space-brothers and “children of God”. Remember what happened in the War of the Worlds and the Twilight Zone’s “To Serve Man”. But also remember project Blue Beam, the Rockefeller’s Iron Mountain Report, etc. Then you have this big group of operatives call the Disclosure Project, again a SMOM Rockefeller operation with Church backing. There is a massive psychological operation around UFOs and aliens. We have been conditioned for 60 years about an alien invasion, ever since the US brought all those Nazi aeronautics scientists and physicists over down the SMOM Ratlines in Operation Paperclip. So I think the next “great discovery” out of the Jesuit astronomical observatories will be alien life.
I also never bought into the Big Bang theory, preferring to believe the universe is infinite in time and space. In my view, the universe is constantly renewing itself with no beginning or end and is more complex than we are told (see Many Worlds theory). So what we are told is just another fairy tale for the children. It seems the Catholic Church goes along with the Big Bang because it reiterates the Creation story for them since they are behind this “unity of science and religion”. The public is generally led along a certain path by official Church approvals of various theories. In other words, they either suppress or approve theories as it suits them, as it serves their agenda for control. It has nothing to do with scientific truth. Their public aim is more political and social than anything else, ie the NWO.
If the Catholic Church misses Pope John Paul II as much as I do, the whole system is in for some turbulence.

However, I think the article itself may be referring to what most people think of when they think of Satanism – the worship of Satan. (I, for one, don’t know what they would call it because of a name conflict.) There are people that worship Satan, and due to article references and quotes, I think that this is what they’re talking about.

Christianity is by its very nature pagan. It started that way and so its basis is pagan. It is the latest culmination of previous mystery religions. This is why religion is so essential to Freemasonry. The Bible is one of the “Three Lights” of Freemasonry. It is the wolves leading the unthinking clueless sheep who are easily manipulated by fear of Hell and damnation. Always has been that way. “Prophecy” is merely the Illuminati’s long-range astrotheological business plan. Everything is planned by them long-term. Christianity and Satanism (two sides of the same coin), the other religions and Freemasonry are false teachings based on lies for power.
There is a spirituality that is genuine, but you have to find it for yourself.
Ave High Priest Shadderfer and other true Satanists who have responded here. Satanism is the Old Religion. We who are Theistic Traditional and Spiritual Satanists (some of us are also Generational), are not like the Church of Satan which is basically Atheistic. We are worshippers and servants of Satanas- Luciferi and proud of it! I agree with everything you have posted High Priest and thank you for it!
As for the Pope and the topic at hand… exorcisms are useless against Satanists and certainly useless against the Demons let alone Satanas Himself! Satan is the true Creator of the Universe and humanity and more powerful than holy water, crucifixes and silly mumbo jumbo.
Satanism is not faith based, by the way. We are reason and results based. Even our Magicks are reason and results based. That may be hard for some to wrap their minds around, but we experience Satanas and His Demons in a very positive way.
I’ve spent a very interesting moment reading through most of these debates. Most of you seem to have understandable arguements about religious and non-religious beliefs.
As High Priest Shadderfer mentioned, we cannot impose our beliefs upon others, we have free choice of will and it is fully up to us to choose the path we wish to take in life and in the end we shall be juged on what we believe to be true aswell as the fruits that we have produced throughout our lives.
Having said that, I myself am catholic and a strong believer in Christ. The “faith” that I have didn’t come by merit, it is a free gift from God called “grace” through his son Jesus Christ that was given to me because I “chose” to open my heart and believe. The reason for my faith surpasses my own capacity. It is through the Holy Spirit who comes as a witness to testify the truth and love of Christ in our hearts. It is through the Holy Spirit that makes it possible for you to believe without seeing. Therefore it is impossible for me to deny Christ who is alive in me and all those who wish to recieve him. I without doubt believe that he is “The way, the Truth and the Life” By choosing to believe in Christ is an act of submission to his “Love” to recognise that we are all sinners, imperfect and unworthy,… Why? Just look at the world around you,.. hate, greed, pride, fornication, materialism) which equals to all the misery, unjustification, supression, poverty, famine, disease , etc.) The only cure to the latter, is “Love” and the only way to love is to seek and to know God. It’s that simple. Instead of pointing fingers of who’s right and who’s wrong in all this, why don’t we just humble ourselves, keep our pride under our feet and submit ourselves to “Love” to love one another and to do for others what we would want to be done for ourselves. Give yourselves the chance to read through Jesus’s moral teachings, I promise, you can only benifit from it! whether you regard him as fiction, a prophet or the son of God. His moral teachings all comes down to one simple thing, “Love” that’s the only commandment that he asks of us. For if you love, there’s no reason why any of the ten commandments would be broken. But then again, that is what “I” believe.
I’m sure after these comments, many of you will snarl and grinch your teeth at me. It doesn’t matter, I forgve you ; )
If it comes down to that, it will be an honour to be persecuted in Christ’s name.

This pope to me really looks like he’s one of satans’ minions. But I guess that, if there really is a God and a Christ, that that’s what the church is all about, keeping the people away from the actual words of Jesus. The catholic church in specfic does everything Jezus told us not to do.
