Ron Paul Wins MSNBC Debate Poll

Ron Paul 2008 | May 4, 2007

This is great news and very encouraging for Ron Paul and all his supporters, myself included. It means he has a real fighting chance to get the nomination, though the elite establishment would hate it and try to stop him by any and all means. All the more reason to pull for him!

I know, some of you out there have thought you would never consider voting Republican, but if you are an anti-war Democrat, you are better off voting for Ron Paul than any of the Demopublicans who sound pretty much like the Republicrats on the war. None of them would pull the troops immediately after swearing in as Ron Paul will. So think it over if you want to see a rapid de-escalation of hostilities in the world.

Ron Paul steps into national spotlight

Congressman Ron Paul finished first in the MSNBC poll following the GOP primary debate last night held at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California.  Dr. Paul received 43 percent, beating the second-place finisher by five points, and crushing the rest of the field.

“Last night, Americans met Ron Paul and loved what they heard,” said Ron Paul 2008 campaign chairman Kent Snyder.  “Dr. Paul’s message of freedom and limited government resonates with Republicans hungry for a return to their party’s core values.”

“Ron Paul is the only true conservative in the GOP race.  Americans saw that last night,” continued Snyder.  “The campaign looks forward to further debates and opportunities so even more Americans will discover Dr. Paul’s message of freedom, peace and prosperity.”

  1. Yes, it was very good news. Now we have to make sure that it and his message make the news. Sign up for social networks, email mainstream media contacts, spread the word by mouth… You get the picture I’m sure.

Isn’t it a shame that neither MSNBC nor their commentators Zukcman, Fineman, or Olbermann know this about their own polls in which Ron is still showing as the winner?

You need to write to them and tell them we don’t want the press telling us who the frontrunners are, even after admitting that Rudy and McCain faltered and floundered and did poorly! The don’t think the apple cart was upset? They got another thing coming!

letters at msnbc.com is the place to write

Next is FOX whose Dick Morris claims that McCain was the clear winner of the debate… Is this the biggest joke you ever heard?

Write to Dick here and tell him he’s deaf, dumb and blind:

Supporters for Mike Gravel and Ron Paul need to unite and make sure that the establishment does not keep them on uneven ground. Both guys are facing stiff censorship in many circles and that is simply unacceptable. Gravelites and Paulitics need to network like crazy and either make sure the mainstream media gives them their fair coverage or take the mainstream media out of the picture.

  4. This is very encouraging news. I am donating another $100 or maybe even $200 to the Paul campaign.

  5. to get mr. paul elected may lead to getting him killed.. but hey, maybe that is what it will take for the sleepwalkers of this nation to finally hear ‘let em eat cake”. i will support mr. paul with the understanding that he is fully aware of the danger he has placed himself in.
i wish him no harm, and i hope he can win and actually get some of those things he spoke of accomplished.
but he is up against a very hostile machine.

  6. I just try to support the best candidate regardless of party, though I consider myself a libertarian in spirit. Ron Paul is the most libertarian member of the entire congress and always votes accordingly. With his victory in the Republican debate on MSNBC (he won the poll, yet the media minimizes him), it seems he has a real chance to get sweeping populist support that could even overpower the establishment vote-rigging system. This is really an exciting moment in history! This is really a candidate you can vote for because you believe in him, not because he is the lesser of evils.

Yesterday, I had a profound realization of just how important it is to get him elected to the presidency. I sincerely believe only he can save America. I say this because he is the only true American in potential position to get into the presidency. All the rest are either CFR traitors or otherwise controlled by the CFR. This country cannot be turned around without someone like Ron Paul taking the helm to steer us away from danger. He has the capability and will use all his constitutional authority to do it and do it quickly.

The other thing is that I hope that, if he doesn’t get the Republican nomination, he can still jump over to the Libertarian party. I don’t know if this is possible, but I do know that Libertarians MUST give him their support 100%.

And yes, if he is elected or it looks like he is poised for a win, he could be killed, but now that JFK has been blown wide open, everyone will know who did it and they should be very afraid of doing anything to make us madder than we already are.

would like to hear the results of your MSNBC poll on Republican debate on your TV news program. When we checked the results on my computer it looked like Ron Paul was the big winner, all we heard on your news was all Giuliani, McCain, & Romney. What has ever happened to fair and responsible reporting.

Would like to hear the results of your MSNBC poll on REpublican debate on the TV news programs. When I checked the results on my
computer, Ron Paul was clearly the winner, but when listening to your news reports all that was heard was Giuliani, McCain & Romney OVER and OVER and OVER. Thought maybe my computer was not working.

  9. Pressure the media and tell anti war democrats and conservative republicans and libertarians to start writing letters of support and spread the word.We can take this country back, the real wasted vote is voting for the democrat or republican machines. It’s time to define a new change ,maybe even a new joining of political forces.I ask all to join and push for RON PAUL.

  10. I think it;s funny that the media attributes RON PAUL”S success as a result of his “entertainment value” It actually makes me laugh. I would love to see these grown men and women, behind closed doors freaking out about what their next move will be. I don’t know if they understand that the word is already out, and the more they hide and lie, the more cowardly and frantic they appear.

It strikes me that Ron Paul is perhaps the last, best hope for the U.S. (Mike Gravel and Dennis Kuchinich are on the right track also). What Dr. Paul is proposing is not only revolutionary, but good. As one who worked in broadcast televison for 15+ years I can affirm that the Networks have an agenda: to maintain the status quo, no matter how rotten it is. Paul not only represents a significant threat to the politicians and their NWO, but to the Media and their smarmy advertisers. Realistically, I do not think he could EVER win the Republican nomination–the Old Boys are too entrenched. But he might have a good shot as an independent, a libertarian or as a write-in. I hope his campaign mangers (and Dr. Paul himself) are thinking down the road. We need this guy: that’s the bottom line.
